I would rather be in pink than black... but this jumper gave me a change of heart.
It is chic, comfortable, and yes... even a little sexy. It was the perfect summer night in the city ensemble and it was turning heads. Five people stopped me and asked where I got it! (Surprise, at Renee James Boutique!) It took me from happy hour, to dinner, to a gorgeous rooftop bar and I felt like I was on top of the world (literally). Check out my adventure in Philly below!
Food is always on my mind. That's why I set out to dine at Square 1682 next to Kimpton Hotel Palomar in Rittenhouse Square! My friend and I had the most incredible meal featuring...
Bacon Wrapped Dates (MUST HAVE! I still dream about them), Roasted Sunchoke (best surprise of the night) and while my friend had Steak Frites and I had Corn Ravioli

If my personality were to be a bar... it would probably be Stratus Lounge.
It's a great spot in Old City located on top of Kimpton Hotel Monaco with great drinks, amazing staff and a luxurious yet edgy vibe that has us dancing far into the night. If you're in town, you have to check this place out. It has two cabana type rooms (where I matched the couch) as well as a huge fire pit wall so don't worry if it's a bit chilly out, you'll still be comfortable! The staff, and bartenders were so gracious and attentive, I know that I have found my go-to spot.
Renee James Boutique
When it comes to affordable and cute clothes, some people don't know where to go. Renee James is here to save your day (and wallet.) Just opening in November of this year (2016) the shop is quaint, colorful, and fun! From the moment I walked in, I was embraced by Renee, who owns the namesake shop. Renee is like your best friend that is just as excited about the clothes as you are. Renee is the ultimate #girlboss, because aside from owning this great boutique, she is also a full time RN! How amazing! Saving lives, and my wardrobe...now that's what I call a great gig. Every piece I tried on was more adorable than the next and I looked and felt like a million bucks (even though I spent nowhere near that!) What I really love about this boutique is that they only order a small amount of each piece, so you can be sure that your piece is unique and you won't show up to a party looking like a clone of everyone else.
